✨ What is InnerStyle Talks?
InnerStyle Talks is a safe and intentional space for women to reconnect with themselves through creativity, mindfulness, and community. This third edition is centered around body awareness and self-expression using the powerful medium of pottery.
We invite you to disconnect from the noise, get your hands messy, and rediscover the beauty in your body and essence.

Guided Pottery Workshop by Arias from Two Ships Pottery
A sensory and mindful experience that connects you with your body
An intimate boutique pop-up with local women-led vendors
Delicious snacks and drinks to nourish your body
A creative and healing atmosphere
You'll create your own personal ceramic piece as a reminder of your shape and strength
Bilingual experience – primarily in English, with Spanish support available
🎨 About the Pottery Session:
Arias will guide you through an intentional process of using clay to connect with your emotions, your energy, and your body. This is not about being a professional artist — it’s about honoring your shape and expressing your story through your hands.
Your piece will be taken by Arias to his studio to be fired and finished. You can arrange with him the best way to receive it. Please allow 4 weeks for completion.

Q: Do I need pottery experience? A: Not at all! This is for everyone — no prior experience needed. Just come open and ready to explore.
Q: What should I wear? A: Something comfy and okay to get a little clay on. Aprons will be provided.
Q: Can I take my piece home that day? A: No — your piece will be fired in the kiln and ready for pickup in approx. 4 weeks. We’ll coordinate with Arias for the best way to get it to you.
Q: Is the space kid-friendly? A: We recommend this as a space for adult women to fully immerse themselves. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out.
Q: Is the event wheelchair accessible? A: Yes, the venue is accessible. Please contact us with any special requirements.
Q: Will there be Spanish translation available? A: Yes, we’ll be providing support in Spanish throughout the experience.
