Pottery Class Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all classes and must be read and accepted at the time of booking any pottery experience:
1) I have read the parameters of the event I would like to book as outlined on TwoShipsPottery.com
2) I am purchasing an experience, not a product. As a beginner, my piece(s) may crack or not exactly meet my expectations. Replacements and refunds will not be made in these instances
3) A rescheduling request for my class is considered at the discretion of Two Ships Pottery, but cannot be guaranteed
4) Refunds for classes are not given for events cancelled within one (1) week of booking
5) My pieces are projected to be finished within 4-6 weeks, but may take longer for various reasons or extenuating circumstances
6) This is an inherently safe activity, but accidents may occur. I take and absolve Arias & Two Ships Pottery of responsibility for any/all accidents and/or injuries that might occur throughout my experience/lesson and/or on the premises of Two Ships Pottery
POTTERY return policy
I’m happy to work with you if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. Please email me using this return/exchange request form to initiate a return/exchange request.
Return/Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery notification.
Returns/Exchanges must be shipped within two weeks of request approval.
Returns/Exchanges must be approved before shipping and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the return amount or required before exchange is shipped.
Two Ships is not responsible for return or exchange shipping fees in any instance except for pieces arriving damaged [see below for damaged items procedure].
Shipping cost is non-refundable and will not be comped on an exchange.
Return/Exchange shipments must be received in like-new condition and any return/exchange received damaged will void eligibility for a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your pottery arrives damaged, please photograph the piece(s) and box and send the pictures using this damaged order form.
I ship all orders with insurance, so you must keep the damaged box and items as proof for a claim. Throwing away the box or altering anything within the shipment will void your entitlement to a refund or exchange. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks.
Once the claim is approved, I’ll refund you or get a replacement to you as soon as possible. If an item has sold out or is a commissioned piece, crafting a replacement to order can take a minimum of 6-8 weeks, but I’ll work to get you a replacement ASAP.
